Either one is ok. ELECTRICITY->Most important connection you need is the electricity connection, it is available on all RV sites. WATER->Even if water hookup is not available is ok you can always fill up the RV fresh water tank that will be sufficient for majority of your needs. TOILET-> This hookup allows your toilets to drain as they are used, many RV sites do not have this, in such case you can drive the RV to the RV campground’s common sewage connection and drain your toilets, the draining process will take about 10 minutes.
To conclude only the electricity connection is essential, water and sewage hookups are convenience but not showstoppers.
