Not really. Simple RV vacation renters do not need solar panels as almost all RVs come equipped with generator that will power the RV, if you are staying at an RV park then you will have electricity supply at the camp site.
Perhaps a rare scenario for experienced RV renters is when they are living off the grid with no power supply or access to gas stations. In such situation solar panels will provide them with a renewable source of power.
Such extended off grid stays require RV campers to dig a hole each morning, do their business, and fill it up.
Unless you see yourself in such scenario you should not worry about solar panels on your rental RV.
